A : Order items are not able to modify after submission, please submit a new order.

A : First of all, you have to register as The Neelian member. After that, you can check your order status and summary by clicking on MY ACCOUNT, select “Order” in the account panel. 

A : All products in The Neelian Store are virtual product. Once payment confirmed, we will contact you for the installation methods. You can either choose Onsite Installation or Online Installation.
