Application Flow Chart
1) Customer queue up at order counter and make selection
2) Cashier key-in orders, and customer pay the amount due and customer is presented a Guest Pager (wireless calling button). Then, they only need to wait for the order at their table.
3) The kitchen person will receive the order and prepare food upon completion of the order.
4) Once the food is ready, the front line will key-in the Pager ID and send the notification to the Guest Pager.
5) Signal relay to the respective Guest Pager, and it will vibrate/sound/flash. (ready to pick-up)
6) Finally the cashier will collect the Guest Pager back once the customer took their food and recharge it back for next customer.
How the wireless calling button works?
Call buttons are placed on each table of the restaurant.
When a customer is ready to order or wants to get the check, they can just push a button and their server will be alerted.
