CONDITION FOR SQL ONLINE SERVICE CONTRACT

1. *Consultation over telephone for the usage of SQL softwares.
2. *One year Phone Calls, Email & Internet Remote Support services for any technical problem caused by the SQL softwares.
3. *Online backup services & technical advice for the networking system & all trouble shooting or technical problem caused by the SQL software.
4. *This contract is NOT INCLUDED any hardware configuration & repairing, year end process and excluded data input.
5. *All enquiry will be response within 3 working days.
6. *Outstation charges will be imposed for every trip.
7. *Confirmed module contract is not exchangeable.
8. *Kindly take note that the above contract’s duration is for One year.
