CONDITION FOR SQL SERVICE & MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

*We refer to above and have the pleasure to provide the following backup & service:

1. – Consultation over telephone for the usage of Sql softwares.
2. – Online / Onsite services for any technical problem caused by the Sql softwares.
3. – Onsite services limited to 6 times per year.
4. – Online backup services, technical advice & all trouble shooting caused by the Sql software.
5. – All enquiry will be responded within 3 working days.
6. – Outstation charges will be imposed for every trip.
7. – Kindly take note that the above contract’s duration is for 1 year.
8. – This price is NOT INCLUDED any hardware configuration & repairing.
